I was tired of the temperature swings creating condensation on the car that soaked it serval times a year, especially under the hood, when the cat sat in the garage. The concrete floor also caused more rust on the underbody, and white deposits on my carbs. I was also tired of having to check for mice all winter – they can be very destructive when they get hungry! I bought these to do oil and fluid changes. Work really well leaving plenty of room to access oil changes under 2016 Mustang GT. I feel safe working underneath the car without worrying if a jack stand will fall over. Only thing I'm glad I bought the two piece crib set so lifting the car up a step at a time was much easier than lifting the car up all at once worrying the car might tip over. Gave me 20" clearance at the front of the car.
