Returns & Refunds Policy

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return.

WHEN do items need to be returned by? Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

WHAT can be returned? All Goods can be returned if unopened unused and in original undamaged packaging within 7 days of purchase.


Product must be unopened and in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.
Product must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, tears, abuse, or damage by other means

HOW do customers return items? Please contact us via email at to explain the reasoning behind returning the item. Returns WILL NOT be accepted without prior notification.

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a reliable logistics carrier with tracking number that can provide you with delivery confirmation. shall not be responsible for any items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Autonovus may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products for Australia only.

Warehouse returns option? Returns can be made in person by appointment only. Please email us  at to arrange drop off.

WHERE do items need to be returned to? Return address is Unit 17, 391 Settlement Road, Thomastown Victoria 3074 Australia.

Refunds will be made by credit card refund. If a refund is required for issues that are not the fault of Autonovus then the full amount will be refunded less 20% handling fee. Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card or with direct debit, will be issued to the original payment method.

SHIPPING for returns? If the product has been supplied incorrectly then Autonovus will email a postage label for free return shipping. If the product was ordered incorrectly then return shipping costs are the liability of the purchaser and 20% handling charge will apply.

In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and may be returned to you or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping & Delivery

Courier Delivery’s

We utilise  a variety of reliable freight providers to delivery our products throughout Australia. Dependant upon delivery location our products arrive to there destination between 2-8 business days. 

Courier deliveries are made during business hours between Monday – Friday only.

Delivery delays are out of Autonovus Australia’s hands, if you have any delivery delay related quires please contact the freight provider directly via the tracking information provided.

Once an order is sent out via courier you will be provided with the relevant order tracking details via email or text message.
