Ladder rack users can permanently mount the CargoBuckle Ladder Rack Tie-Down System to their truck racks. Valuable equipment is held securely with 5 feet of professional quality 1″ web and a strong double J-hook. The strap automatically retracts out of your way when not in use. The Ladder Rack Tie-Down System includes the CargoBuckle Retractable Ratcheting Tie-Down, the ladder rack universal mount adapter and mounting hardware.

Systems are available to accommodate square racks and round ladder racks between 1″ – 2″ with our universal mount.
